1. One-stop shop for ASIC solution development covering the full product lifecycle from concept definition to volume manufacturing. As a TSMC Value Chain Aggregator and a partner of multiple other commercial foundries, imec.IC-link serves start-ups, SMEs, and established OEMs as well as universities.

2. Custom silicon services that complement the offering portfolio with emerging technologies not widely available in foundries, such as hybrid integrated photonics, custom wafer-level 3D packaging, and “above CMOS” processing.
