Akihiko Okamoto

Akihiko Okamoto joined Dainippon Screen Mfg. Co. (now SCREEN Holdings) in 1996. After working as a sale position for major Japanese and overseas customers, he was elected as a member of the Single Wafer Cleaning Sales Department, which was newly organized in 2002 for the purpose of developing the single wafer cleaning equipment market. In 2017, Became Managing Director of SCREEN SPE Singapore. He has engaged structural reforms without exceptions, organizational restructuring, and reform of personnel systems and employee awareness, and has achieved increased sales and profits every year in local business during his four years in the position. 2021 Returned to  SCREEN Semiconductor Solutions as Executive Officer in charge of HR and infrastructure, ensured timely recruitment of human resources to support rapid business expansion by introducing HRBP and various measures to support SCREEN Semiconductor Solutions sales and profits to record highs in terms of human resources. In April 2024, he became the Representative Director, president of SCREEN Semiconductor Solutions. He has been committed to continue to provide new value to contribute to customers’ business.
