Hisato Yoshida

Hisato Yoshida is Representative Director, President and COO of Socionext Inc., a global leader in advanced custom SoC solutions. He leads the company’s global business operations, technology strategy, and organizational execution, driving innovation through advanced semiconductor solutions.

Mr. Yoshida joined Socionext in 2015 and has held senior leadership positions in engineering, technology development, and executive management. Before assuming his current role in 2025, he led the company’s global development organization, guiding worldwide engineering activities and advancing its roadmap for Solution SoCs.

With more than 35 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, Mr. Yoshida has extensive expertise in system LSI development, advanced semiconductor design, product development, and global engineering management. Before joining Socionext, he held various engineering and management positions at Panasonic Corporation, where he contributed to semiconductor and system LSI development.

Today, he works closely with customers, manufacturing partners, and ecosystem leaders to accelerate the development of next-generation Solution SoCs. His focus includes AI-driven technologies that enable data-centric infrastructure, autonomous mobility, industrial innovation, and other emerging applications. Through global collaboration, he is committed to helping customers develop differentiated Solution SoCs that create new value for an increasingly intelligent society.
