Chris Wilson

Christopher J. Wilson is Director of the Equipment and Material Supplier Collaboration Portfolio across the Compute Semiconductor Scaling Programs at imec, Belgium.  He received the PhD degree from Newcastle University, United Kingdom, and MBA degree from the Vlerick Business School, Belgium. In Christopher's previous roles he was Nano-interconnect Program Manager, Back End of Line Integration Manager and directly contributed to the work of imec's Nano-Interconnect Program, Advanced Litho Program and the Beyond CMOS Program. He is an active member of the Interconnect Technology Conference (IITC) and Materials for Advanced Metallization Workshop (MAM) executive, organizing and scientific committees.  Christopher has given keynotes, invited talks, and short courses at leading conference and industry events.  He has over 100 publications in peer review journals and international conferences and international patents in Novel Metallization, Back End of Line Integration, EUV Lithography, Advanced Pattering; and Microelectronic Engineering (Elsevier) special edition journal editor.
