Abstract
The "More than Moore" concept, introduced two decades ago, emerged in response to the expanding semiconductor space and the growing demand for specialized features. Today, these technologies are critical not only to economic growth but also to national security, with their impact continuing to expand across key growth markets. As we reflect on the progress made over the past 20 years, the industry is now poised to fully realize the opportunities presented by emerging technologies such as silicon photonics and wide bandgap semiconductors. To ensure these essential innovations are integrated and scaled effectively, the need for research and development investments across the entire semiconductor ecosystem has never been more important. In this presentation, we will address how supporting this growth is vital to the future of essential technologies, which are revolutionizing the industries that are shaping our world--from healthcare and automotive to communications and beyond.
