Recognizing that robotics, humanoids,  defense and other edge HPC applications require the same class of high‑performance “brain” compute, imec is establishing a new Autonomous chiplet platform, a reusable, scalable chiplet foundation applicable across automotive, edge HPC, and AI segments.
