Powering the AI Future with Semiconductor Innovations

Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly reshaping how we work, live, and interact with the entire physical world. The advancement of AI is largely dependent on semiconductor technologies, starting from energy-efficient transistors to advanced integration technologies such as CoWoS®, 3D stacking, and packaging. As power delivery and high-speed signaling become increasingly critical to support overall AI scaling requirements, new technologies, including silicon photonics and integrated voltage regulators, have emerged as key technologies to drive system-level scaling to address future AI data center needs. In this talk, state-of-the-art advanced semiconductor platform technologies for AI applications, including data center, edge AI, and physical AI, will be presented. The future technology challenges and directions will also be discussed.
