Challenges ahead in the Age of Innovation:  AI driving AI (Accelerated Innovation)

Not too long ago, “Moore`s Law” was a must have in any semiconductor related keynote.  Today, that key word has been replaced by AI.  World was simple, all we had to do was double the number of transistors about every two years in a circuit, and that solved our PPAC issues.  Well, it hasn`t been that way for a while.  And as we look to the decades ahead, we need to be aware that time is no longer flowing at the same rate for all of us...figuratively of course.  Those who can embrace and adapt to the efficiencies afforded by AI will flourish, while those left behind may not be as fortunate. 

The author will touch upon TEL`s collaborative history with imec and talk about how the Age of AI is affecting the way Semiconductor Production Equipment companies are evolving to co-create innovation more efficiently and to stay ahead of the times.
