Abstract
For the past two decades, innovation has largely been driven by software and digital platforms. Now, the next wave of innovation is becoming increasingly physical. From AI infrastructure, semiconductors and advanced materials to robotics, energy and quantum technologies.
Yet technological breakthroughs alone are not enough. Transforming deep-tech innovation into scalable ventures requires overcoming critical challenges that are often underestimated: energy demands, manufacturability, market adoption, supply chain dependencies, and the surrounding ecosystem.
