Lars-Ake Ragnarsson

Lars-Åke Ragnarsson got his PhD from Chalmers university in Sweden. He has been with imec for the past 23 years working mainly in gate-stack development for logic technologies. Since 2021 he is a program director for SSTS (Sustainable Semiconductor Technologies and System).
