Nitin Deshpande

Before joining Marvell Technology, he held senior engineering and leadership roles at Amazon Web Services and Intel Corporation, where he led critical programs in hybrid bonding interconnects, flip-chip packaging, and package assembly technologies, shaping the evolution of next-generation semiconductor architectures.

He holds a Master’s degree in Aeronautics with a specialization in Structural Analysis from Caltech and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. His academic rigor, combined with decades of hands-on innovation, has positioned him as a trusted leader in complex technology development and cross-disciplinary engineering excellence.
