Amelia Martínez Sánchez

Born in Ronda (Málaga) in 1971, Amelia Martínez Sánchez has been a career civil servant in the Audit Corps of the Andalusian Court of Auditors since 2008. She holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Seville. She served as coordinator of the Department of the Andalusian Regional Government at the Andalusian Court of Auditors (2011) and as a member of the Andalusian Court of Auditors from that same year until September 2019. At that time, she assumed the position of Comptroller General of the Andalusian Regional Government, a post she held until July 2022, when she was appointed Deputy Minister of Economy, Finance, and European Funds, a position she has held to the present day.
