Francisco Díaz-Otero

Francisco is a telecommunications engineer with a PhD in photonic technologies and more than 25 years of experience spanning research, academia, and industry. He is the co-founder and CEO of Ardora III-V, Spain’s first merchant compound semiconductor foundry specializing in III–V technologies. The company is dedicated to strengthening Europe’s industrial capabilities in this highly strategic sector.
