Jonathan Prange

Jonathan is a Technical Program Director& Portfolio Manger at imec. In this role, he is responsible for building and maintaining a project portfolio for advanced packaging, focusing on platform development to enable advanced integration through hybrid bonding, fine-line RDL and 2.5D Si interposer interconnect architectures. As a leader within the US Operations team, he also supports the collaborations and technical projects being executed in support of BE-based programs.

Before joining IMEC, Jonathan was at MITRE working on semiconductor strategy and business development. Prior to MITRE, he spent over 10 years at first Dow, which later became DuPont Electronic Materials, focusing on developing new metallization and dielectric materials for advanced packaging applications with increasing levels of responsibility and leadership.

Jonathan holds a B.S. from Purdue University and a PhD from Stanford University.
