Roozbeh Parsa

Roozbeh Parsa serves as the Global Head of Strategic Investments in startups, where he leads investment initiatives and strategic partnerships across emerging technology sectors. He brings extensive executive leadership experience spanning operations, commercial strategy, product development, and business growth across both high-growth startups and established technology companies.

Throughout his career, Roozbeh has held senior leadership roles at innovative companies including Cellanome and Rockley Photonics, as well as industry leaders such as Texas Instruments and National Semiconductor. Over the past decade, he has been deeply involved in the venture capital and corporate investment ecosystem, playing a pivotal role in securing significant funding and driving strategic growth initiatives.

A named inventor on more than 20 U.S. patents, Roozbeh combines deep technical expertise with strong commercial and operational acumen. His experience spans semiconductor, photonics, optics, and MEMS technologies, enabling him to bridge innovation, product strategy, and market execution effectively.

Roozbeh holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
