Abstract
As AI-driven applications push the boundaries of compute density and energy efficiency, the demand for flexible and reusable SoC platforms has never been greater. This work presents a configurable SoC chassis architecture that decouples the platform infrastructure from application-specific compute subsystems. Through standardized placeholder interfaces, clients can seamlessly integrate custom HPC subsystems, dramatically reducing integration effort and accelerating time-to-silicon. |
