Anastasiia Kruv

Anastasiia Kruv is a Senior Device Engineer at imec, focusing on the exploration of novel oxide semiconductor materials for next‑generation DRAM technologies. She earned her PhD in Materials Engineering from KU Leuven in 2022 and has been part of imec’s research teams since 2017. Over this period, she has contributed to a range of device and material development programs, including 3D NAND, ferroelectric DRAM, and 2D logic devices.
