Ankit Pokhrel

Ankit Pokhrel is currently a researcher at imec leading the fabrication efforts of imec’s NbTiN superconducting devices platform.  She holds a B.S degree from Wesleyan College and a PhD in Physical Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  She initially joined Applied Materials, where she held several roles from leading the development of low-k dielectrics to process integration.  She joined imec in 2021 to continue working on integration, initially working on advanced Ru interconnects and transitioning into leading the fabrication work for imec’s superconducting devices platform.  She has authored and co‑authored several patents and publications.
