Ankit Pokhrel

Ankit Pokhrel is a researcher/project leader at imec (Belgium) leading the fabrication efforts and managing projects for imec’s NbTiN superconducting devices platform.  She holds a B.S degree from Wesleyan College (US) and a PhD in Physical Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (US).  She started her career working at Applied Materials, where she held several roles from leading the development of low-k dielectrics to process integration.  She joined imec in 2021 to continue working on integration, initially working on advanced Ru interconnects and transitioning into leading the fabrication work and managing projects for imec’s superconducting devices platform.  She has authored and co‑authored several patents and publications.
