John Kibarian

John K. Kibarian is President, CEO & Co-Founder of PDF Solutions. He has served as President since 1991 and CEO since 2000. Dr. Kibarian received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, a Master of Science and PhD degrees in Engineering Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
