Lizzie Boakes

Lizzie Boakes is a Life-Cycle Analyst in imec’s Sustainable Semiconductor Technologies and Systems (SSTS) program, contributing to the development of imec.netzero, a cradle-to-gate LCA model for semiconductor manufacturing. Her research focuses on material flow characterization and circular economy strategies. She previously worked in KU Leuven’s Chemistry for Energy and Materials Recovery in Waste Treatment Systems (ChEMaRTS) research group, gaining expertise in LCA and circularity modeling. Since 2024, she has co-led the SEMI Material Circularity Working Group.
