Natalie Roels

Natalie Roels is a Process Engineer at imec, specializing in i-line lithography process development for advanced packaging technologies within the 3D program. She holds an M.Sc. in Bioscience Engineering with a focus on Nanotechnology from KU Leuven and has been a member of imec’s advanced litho process team since 2024. Within the NanoIC pilot line, she leads the optimization of RDL lithography processes.
