Pieter Vanelderen

Pieter Vanelderen is Program Manager for imec’s Advanced Patterning Program, where he drives industry collaborations to advance EUV and high‑NA EUV lithography. He joined imec in 2016 as an R&D engineer focusing on EUV lithography materials research. Building on his technical background, he now shapes imec’s patterning program strategy and partner engagements, accelerating breakthroughs in next‑generation patterning solutions. Pieter holds a master’s degree and PhD from KU Leuven and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Stanford University.
